All orders are sent 1^st class Royal Mail, and orders with a value over £30.00 are posted 1st class recorded delivery.

We post 3 times a week usually on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Postage charges relates to your order value, the following rates apply:-

Collection

It may be possible to collect your order if you are local to the Portsmouth area, however, please contact us by email before placing an order. This is only available for orders above £15.00.

All parcels will be sent ‘airmail’ as it is the fastest and safest way to send items worldwide. Delivery to Europe is approx. 3 working days and worldwide is approx. 5 working days.

Shipping charges relate to your order value, the following rates apply:-

Further Information

Fortunately we have very few problems with delivery. Once your order is posted it will be the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver. We will always collect a 'proof of posting' receipt for every order which can be used should the need to make a claim arise.

Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 15 working days. Please take a look at the Royal Mail website for the most up-to-date information.
